Please give at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel an appointment. A missed visit or late cancellation leaves little opportunity to offer the time to another guest.
For missed appointments or cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment, Petite reserves the right to charge up to 100% of the scheduled service cost.
When something unexpected happens.
If an emergency or accident prevents you from attending, contact us as soon as possible. Charges may be waived for illness or dangerous driving conditions due to weather; explain the situation when you call.
